Re: Our First IVF/ICSI Your prayers were heard and everything went well! All the embryos started to devide (?) and one 1-class embryo was transferred. The other 4 were frozen; 3 were good, one was weaker and will probably not survive to be transferred. But now we have one small pre-bean trying to grip on and at least 3 little frosties waiting for their turn!  The waiting is on... again.

I am having a transfer on Monday. I had nine mature eggs, and we had them all inseminated via ICSI. Three fertilized. This is day two for them, and so far so good. They told us they cannot really explain why more did not fertilize. Egg or sperm? both? It does help explain some of our fertility issues, though I also had some autoimmune issues to contend with. I got that under control, and we made it this far in the pregnancy process. Woo hoo!! Anyway, we are thankful to have three embryos in the nursery right now!!!! We are praying they will keep dividing and have two ready to transfer on Monday and one to freeze. We would go back and retrieve that one asap.
Please pray for us, too!!

him: 1st reversal 09/2007.. 2nd reversal 07/2009 me: 2 laps for adhesions, clear tubes
Miracle EDD 5/14/2010. The chances were in the single digits.. It's all HIM, not us.
